Birding-aus'ers Had a quick walk along the Merri Creek (Brunswick, Melbourne) near CERES, and came across a single female Hardhead. I've seen Chestnut and Grey Teal, Black and Domestic Duck on this section of the creek, but not Hardhead. It seems to indicate positive news for this inner city Melbourne creek, which has been noted for the 'return' of Sacred Kingfisher.
