Dear All,

It sounds like the common thread in all this virus business is Microsoft Outlook.

Why doesn't everyone just ditch it. I use a freeware (technically ad-ware) programme called Eudora, which is to be had for the downloading and works very well (latest version even has a spell-checker).

Of course the more different e-mail programmes we use the more difficult it would be for a virus to spread. (Isn't there a lesson in that for proponents of GM crops?)
