Not since 1951 have we experienced such unusual climatic conditions as this off South Eastern Australia . 

Hopefully these conditions may bring some very rare and interesting seabirds, and possibly marine mammals. 

 

In order to see what effect this Big Chill has had, if any, on seabird movements SOSSA is organising a

 

"Special Trip" .                       Tomorrow Saturday        JUNE  3 rd  2000

                       aboard the       Sandra K  from               Wollongong 

                                                departs                            0700.
