I think this was said tongue-in-cheek but anyone taking it seriously
would need to remember that John W. (Earth Sanctuaries) conducted a
national and international advertising campaign (expensive!), including
the reputation and talents of David Bellamy, to capitalise on an
already-impressive track record of sanctuary aquisition and development.
