We have been unable to locate the dark-headed gull (identity unknown) again since the initial sighting of it on Sunday morning. I suggest anyone heading to the Gippsland Lakes over the next few weeks keep a close eye out amongst flocks of gull as I for one would love to know what it was. If we see it again we will post more information (hopefully with an identification!)
