Highlights for me; My first trip to Australia - becoming aquainted with its places, its people and with some of the most amazing birds in the world. Thanks to all those who made it a memorable trip. The absolute highlights were the two pelagics (Eden, August and Wollongong, August) - grey-backed stormies, blue petrels, 3 prions spp and more albatross than you can shake a stick at including that fantastic adult eremita. I'm such a lucky boy! Thanks to all involved particularly, Tony Palliser, Pete Milburn and Barbara Jones. Happy birding in Y2K to all birding-ausers! wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Ken Tucker Bournemouth, Dorset, UK. email To unsubscribe from this list, please send a message to Include ONLY "unsubscribe birding-aus" in the message body (without the quotes) |
