Hi all Keith & Lindsay Fisher reported lower than usual numbers of most waders coming through Cairns. Have other people along the flyways noticed this? Can we have more info on any of the following? * Lower than normal numbers on migratory routes this season * Later than usual movement of some species * Different routes chosen for migration of some species * Different stop-over points for some species * Significant events that may have affected waders in breeding grounds or en route There are about a dozen big research projects in every question - but more info may help us suggest certain patterns this year. Just interested.
