Last time I looked I think Tasmania qualified as being within the 200nm limit! Personally, I regard Tasmania as being part of "mainland Australia", certainly in the context that Tony used. If Tasmanians don't (or anyone else doesn't) then it is their problem and not mine (or Tony's) ...
