Hi Martin, In response to your query re. Crested Pigeons on the Mornington Peninsula. I believe Peggy Mitchell has recorded them in the B.O.C.A.unusual sightings report on several occasions. They have been become so common place of late that she no longer includes them! Bett Mitchell..
