Alex Saar mentioned that Long-billed Corellas are historically native to Perth. This is incorrect. It is the Western Corella, and I don't know of much evidence that they were very common on the Swan Coastal Plain. (i.e. west of the Darling Range). There are only very small numbers of Western Corellas in the Perth Metro area judging by the results that I have seen so far of the twice yearly "corella counts" organised by Allan Burbidge and John Blyth.
