Good question!
In their "Scenic and Scientific Survey of the Central Western Region"
Goldney & Bowie (1987) listed the Olive Whistler for the St Albans
and Burragorang 1: 100 000 map sheets.
Portions of these sheets just sneak into the Central Tablelands of
NSW (St Albans the eastern edge and Burragorang the south-eastern
corner).
I have not come across Olive Whistler any further west and
the survey of the Bathurst 1: 100 000 sheet being undertaken by the
NSW Field Ornithologists Club has not uncovered this species to date.
