Thanks to all who replied to my Question about the "Beeping Bird"; so far suggestions have been A frog - the White-browed Chirper [sphenophryne fryi] Shining Bronze Cuckoo Pied Monarch Grey-headed Robin Yellow-spotted Honey-eater Brush Cuckoo Black Butcherbird and some sort of Cicada. I'll pass the info. on to my friend; maybe she'll be able to locate the noise-maker. Una Stephenson. |
