Hi Stuart

Can't tell from your msg where you are located but:

A Guide to the Birds of Wallacea by Coates and Bishop
was published by:
    Dove Publications Pty. Ltd.,
    P O Box 59
    Alderly, Queensland 4051
    Australia

In the United States it is available from American Birding
Association and in Seattle, Washington from Flora and
Fauna Bookstore.

There is also a web site for Indonesia

http://www.kt.rim.or.jp/~birdinfo/indonesia/birding.html

It seems to me that there are others also but I can't locate
them at the moment. I would also think that contact
with the Oriental Bird Club would be of interest to them
and of much value to you.

Good Luck and keep me informed. I would love to visit that
area. we did spend 3 months between Indonesia and
Thailand --- pretty fantastic. Never got Timor, though.
