Susan, you know as much as I do about it I'm afraid.  The poster has not
replied on rec.birds or to my email.  I was hoping for suggestions on where
this person should take the bird, if indeed, (s)he has and OBP.

I can only presume that with the "@georgian.net@" address and the fact that
this appeared on rec.birds that the poster is in the States.
