Highlights from twice-weekly Canberra Ornithologists' Group (COG) hotline,
for week ending 26 June (some reports are of earlier obs).

Another quiet week; while Wim Vader may well have a case for thinking we're
woosey for not doing our early morning birding in zero degree rain - most of
the rest of you probably haven't! All of which makes continuing breeding
hints a little perplexing..

FRECKLED DUCK 1 still at Jerrabomberra on 20/6 [but I don't know that
anyone's looked since then]

BLACK SWAN 19/6 pair on a nest, at Jerrabomberra!

GANG-GANGS 16-26/6 2 adults feeding begging young in suburban Canberra!

BELL MINERS 2 still hanging around the sculpture gallery at the National
Gallery! [well out of range]
