Thanks to all those who responded (about 65 of you so far). The survey is now CLOSED, so please - NO MORE! I'll get back to you soon after I've analysed the data, but I can give hints at this point that the results might surprise some of you - they've surprised me (some of my "tinpot" theories didn't survive the test!!!).
