The Webster Publishing "Australian Birds - the Multimedia Experience" is a much better production overall. It uses photos from the Australian Museum rather than Simpson and Day's plates. The recordings sounded OK on my cheap PC speakers, but I can't comment on how good they are technically. There are calls for 101 species, provided by GEO Productions.
