To all As this bird is about 50 km south of Sydney, has anybody seen them in Sydney yet? How far south do Channel-billed Cuckoo's go?.What about Koels? Edwin ---------- From: birding-aus-owner[SMTP: Sent: Monday, 15 September 1997 3:48 To: birding-aus WWIS MIME Decoded (2.B) on <ncrausl1>, message parts: part1.txt (text/plain) ------------------------------ Hello all, I recorded my first Channel-billed Cuckoos for the season in Wollongong on Saturday morning. Over the last few years, this species has become a common spring and summer bird in the area and I see or hear it daily. Regards, David Fischer 18 Kilbirnie Place, Figtree, NSW 2525 |
