Hi,
I'm working on the TS-7553, but it should be the same.
I'm running Fedora on VirtualBox, but it's all the same.

There might be a few silly different problems, so try simplifying your
connection.
I recommend first to try the TS-9445 with your host. My host is Win7 and I use
Putty.

Another option, just to 'talk' with your TS, is via telnet.
Again, you can use Putty from your host, or via "telnet 192.168.0.50" directly
from your Debian console. You'll need to connect your TS to your PC via
Ethernet and change your PC IP, statically to 192.168.0.51 (the default TS-7553
IP is 192.168.0.50, check regarding the 7350).
