best is to download the ARM package. It should work. (I run a web server on my
Windows/Linux laptop and just 'wget' the package to my TS).
Sometimes there is no ARM package, so I compile.
Sometimes, the default configuration is not what I need, so I do changes &
compile (for example: libCurl).

After I have the output (binaries, config files, bash scripts, etc.) I play
around, see how to run it.
Easy cases are just run the binary from wherever, with a flag for config file
(for example: mini-httpd).
Some times it's a bit more complicated (for example: pppd + scripts and all).
Some times I check how it's installed on my Linux laptop.
Sometimes I comb Google and rip hairs off.

I'm not familiar with the PHP util, hopefully a homepage or so.
Good luck and good night.
