[ts-7000] php-cli on a TS-7553

I have a TS-7553 running off the sd card. I have installed a number of packages 
with the intention of using it as a wifi web server for a small scale embedded 
application (I want to use a wifi connected tablet to remotely control devices 
accessed via an XBee radio module).
This will be disconnected from the normal Internet, so the TS-7553 will operate 
as an access point (to itself) and a server. Eventually I will want https (ssl) 
running also.

Here is the problem at hand:
I have the web server and php running, but I am unable to install the command 
line interface for php.
When I run apt-get install php5-cli, I get this error:
Err 
http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/p/php5-cli_5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny13_arm.deb
 404 Not Found [IP: 35.9.37.225 80]

I tried other suggestions for the sources-list, including archive.debian.org 
and others, but nothing works.

Any suggestion?
