Why do you need to format it on the TS-7400? But anyway, use
sudo apt-get install dosfstools

Hi, I need to format SD card on TS-7400's TS-LINUX 2.4 system. I googled and 
found "dosfstools" can do that.  But I am not sure whether we can compile for 
TS-LINUX Technically? Or any other better way to do?
