[ts-7000] TS7500 problem reading SD card

Hi,

I have a TS7500 board but didn't buy the microSD card and am trying to use my 
own microSD card. I cannot manage to get it working properly.

I am trying to use a 4GB microSD card whereas the one that comes with the board 
is 2GB. Can the TS7500 handle a 4GB SD card ?

I've even formatted the SD card with a 2GB partition and tried to mount it but 
I get an Input/Output error.

Looking through the dmesg output on the TS7500 when trying to mount the SD card 
there are "unable to read superblock" errors.

any ideas?
