[ts-7000] TS-ETH2 or TS-GSM1 with 2.6.29-ts kernel

Has anyone used these boards with a 2.6.29-ts kernel?  I have used them
with a 2.6.21-ts kernel in the past and loaded the ax88796b and
ts72xx_isa16550 drivers to use them, but the 2.6.29-ts kernel doesn't
have these drivers.  I need to pass arguments into the drivers (e.g.
modprobe ax88796b mem=0x200 irq=33), and it doesn't look like the
ax88796 driver supports that.
