[ts-7000] TS-7250 64M SDRAM boot from serial

Hi,

I am having TS-7250 board with 64MB of SDRAM, it was working fine, one day it 
stopped working(Red and green LED's started blinking alternatively and no 
message through serial console).

Now i am trying to boot it from serial through serial blaster.
http://ynezz.ibawizard.net/ts72xx/serial_blaster_1.0/

through serial balster i am able to transfer initial 2k file and then 
redboot.bin(Tried with all available version on embeddedarm.com ftp site) but 
after downloading redboot.bin it dont send any message on console (JP2 is 
connected to divert message of console to com1).

Can anybody please tell me the reason why redboot is not booting from RAM 
itself.
