Subject: | [ts-7000] TS-4700 File Backed Storage g_file_storage not detected by host |

TS-8200 is the base-board. TS support recommended this combo validating that the USB device is supported. I have recompiled the kernel per the TS instructions at TS-4700 Kernel Compile . I created a backing_file based on instructions at Linux-usb.org FSG Guide . :/#modprobe g_file_storage file=/gadget/backing_file removable=1 I get the following message in dmesg: g_file_storage gadget: File-backed Storage Gadget, version: 20 November 2008 pxa3xx_update_otg:from b_idle to b_peripheralThe b_peripheral looks promising, however, when I plug it into the host (Windows 7 or Ubuntu 11.10) ... the host detects nothing. I have also tried recompiling the kernel without OTG support and just gadget support for g_file_storage and it loaded, but still no host detection. Additionally, I did get this working with the 7553, but due to network glitches mentioned elsewhere on this forum, we had to scrap that as a solution. I can say the TS4700 appears to have a robust ETH port.... Any help would be greatly appreciated. __._,_.___
