As far as I know the ts7200 doesn't have a "sleep" mode.
You can control various things to reduce the power consumption, turning the 
ethernet phy off, reducing the various clock frequencies, etc
but that only gives a low compute power, lower electrical power state.
If I remember correct I managed to get power down to about 0.75 watts, with 
the ethernet phy powered off and running with a CPU clock of about 40MHz.

I suspect when you say "sleep mode" you mean an even lower power state.
