You still need 25 MB to store the data. Face it sir, your in DMA land

What if we only need to collect the data at 25 Mhz for a short period of time. Essentially on a button press, we will collect data for , say, one second. Could we store said data in the onboard RAM or microSD and transfer it to the host computer over TCP/IP or USB for analysis once the 1 second sample is collected?
