You need to enable CONFIG_CR1_NFBIT[1].

Kind of, someone very kind (unsure if I can say publicly who was it)
gave/donated one ts-7300 to me, it has 128MB RAM so there's few issues with
that, which I'm trying to solve when I've some spare time...

Meanwhile, I'm also working on some way to autogenerate the image of bootable
SD cards etc. using OpenEmbedded/Yocto. I've already bricked that donated
ts-7300 (somehow screwed the sdboot eeprom and boot locked the board :() in
that learning process and thanks to Daniel Smolik I've the board/spi eeprom
reflashed and working on again. I'm quite side tracked by another projects
right now, so it's really slow progress in both areas, sorry :(
