[ts-7000] Console minicom doesnt working

Hi All,
I just got my ts-7200, but when I tried connect to board using minicom theres 
nothing shown up.
I even cannot see the booting process
the board: JP 2,3 ON
my PC : monicom 115200 8N1 no flowcontrol, null modem cable


is there something I have missed?
