[ts-7000] system hang when accessing SD card

Hi all,

I'm having an intermittent problem. I'm serving out webpages from the SD 
card using a TS7800. It's been working fine but recently  I started to 
have a problem where a browser would get stuck waiting for a page to be 
retrieved. When this happens, I telnet into the box and try to access 
/var/www (which is a link into SD card). But a simple 'ls' would hang 
and the box cannot even be rebooted by software.

Power cycle the box and it'll work for a while before it goes into the 
same situation again.

Has anybody seen anything similar?
