They are 3.3V signals connected directly to the FPGA. I wouldn't connect the 
outside world to these as you may blow the FPGA if something goes wrong, or if 
you have to: use resistors in series (10 k?) with the signals to limit current 
at overvoltage or wrong polarity. Check the TS-752 main board schematics for a 
better interface circuit.
