The TS series does not support hardware flow control.  I would suggest XON XOFF if available on your modem. If not, you may have to do custom hardware and modify technologic's serial servers.

Finally someone else doing ham radio :) What are you using for a TNC?
I can try and get my hands on a TS-7200 and test with my KPC3 and a KAM
if that's any help :)
