[ts-7000] ts7800 doesn't full shutdown with 'poweroff'

Hi all,

I have a problem here: when I issue the 'poweroff' command on ts7800, it 
doesn't fully shut the box down. The power LED is still lit and the 
ethernet LED is still blinking afterwards.

Anybody know why?
