Hmm, well it looks like you are mounting root from the right place. My
command line is slightly different
CONFIG_CMDLINE="root=/dev/ram0 rw init=/linuxrc lpj=498688
console=ttyAM0,115200"
but, I am using a TS-7260. Perhaps you need the rw option?
