Actually it does.  I currently use it with an 8GB SDHC, with the standard 
zImage-7260-ts11 kernel and a modified ts7260-sdcard-initrd-1.03.gz where I 
replaced the sdcard.o module by the sdcard-sdhc.o provided by embedded-arm.  

My problem is the fsck if power goes off unexpectedly...
