HiIf your using kernel 2.4 on your TS-7300, your file system is probably ext2. When power failure occurs, ext2 can become corrupted and unusable (fsck failed to recover). This happens once to one of our unit in the field.
Always dd your flash, and have a copy ready to switch to.
Until we upgrade to ext4 (more reliable), all our units in the field have 2 spare SD card in the unit in case it happens.

logsave from e2fsck is missing
/sbin/route is missing
eth is up, but dns is not working
etc...
