We have arrived to a similar point a couple of times here.
 
When we bought our ts7300 we asked for a second SD card along.
 
Now and then with many boot cycles some of them without sync and shutdown, we need to dd the backup over the "working" SD card. Just happened a few hours ago...
 
IÂve just tested with the backup as boot, then the ruined SD in the second slot and duplicated the backup card to restore working one. With a system running, or even in the embeddedarm ftp site, get an image for your SD card and write it to the card to restore it.

Here is the error I get on my ts7370

It tried to fsck the jfs filesystem from the busybox enviornment and from
a desktop using gparted/jfsutils.
I fsck'ed /dev/sdb3 /dev/sdb4 (not sdb1 or sdb2)
If I Ctrl-D the system boot correctly.

The fsck log file reads:

Still the error is here and when I Ctrl-D, I have:

Is my SD fs corrupted beyond fixing?
any clues?
