Why would you want to do that? I really don't know what is happening
with TS-7400 but I guess the bootloader leaves the watchdog running
causing it to reboot the system before the actual kernel is up and
running (or something along those lines).
If you compile the driver into the kernel it should be able to
disable the hardware before it reboots but I'm not sure.
For TS-7260 there are no such problems (at least my board works
well).
