Hello

I am a student and started to use a ts7200 for ARM, in the process I have some
problems, because when I want to turn on the board, it not respond and only
turn on the green and red leds all the time, at the same time, and when I
connect to my PC to a minicom interface, I can not see the process to enter in
the root and in the redboot.

I asked about my problem to the TechnicalSupport‏ and they said me:

Do you see a RedBoot prompt at all? Without it, it's very difficult to
restore the TS-7000. You may just want to ship it to us for
reprogramming. I believe the charge for this $50. If you'd like to go
this route, please use the following URL to request an RMA:
http://www.embeddedarm.com/about/rma.php

Another option is to use the TS-7000 Yahoo! Group community written
serialblast utility to boot from COM1 and reblast the board yourself
with the tarballs and images available on our FTP site. This utility
can be found on the TS-7000 Yahoo! Group under the "Links" page.

I prefer the second option, because in the process of the first I think will
lost a lot of time and I need the ts7200 to make a proyect. For this reason I
need your help. I speak spanish also, and if any person wish write me in
spanish I would appreciate.
thanks
