Hey inezz thank you;

You are right about /dev/rtc* not being found.  (Kernel acts the same whether 
both clocks are in or not.)  I noticed that these are also missing: /dev/ttyAM* 
and found a post from Martin Guy that may apply to us because we have 64MB Ram. 
 I'll start another thread about it.
