Jacques,

It sounds like you know how to deal with USB mount on TS-7260.  Can you help me with this?  I am using TS-Linux and the USB hard drive wil be used simply as external storage.

Can somebody tell me what do I need to do to mount this drive correctly? The drive is brand new and it was not formatted or partitioned yet. I loaded USB modules on TS-7260 (/usr/bin/loadUSBModules.sh), but now I am stuck since I am not sure how to access USB drive to partition and format it. I am running "standard" kernel 2.4.26 that came with TS-7260. Help please

Hi,

it would be helpful if you explain what system you are running and what you aim to do with the disk. Are you running TS linux or debian? Are you wanting to boot from the hard drive or just plug it in as external storage ?
