Hi all,

Ok!, :) Got it to work atlast !!., it was the firewall issue, in my /etc/hosts.allow, i had to open up mountd port. I editted my /etc/hosts.allow, and restarted nfs-kernel-server, and all were fine.

Hurrya, am gonna return my CF card back :) saved my 30$$ :).

Thanks

Ok I've had another thought.
What are your nfs export options in your /etc/exports file on your nfs
server?
Mine are

/home/export/debdev sc(rw,no_root_squash,insecure,no_subtree_check)

"sc" is the name of my board in my /etc/hosts file. The no_root_squash
option is important.
