ftp://66.135.63.78/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7250-linux/binaries/ts-kernels/

there is a no rt kernel for the 2k version of 7250 what I was using when on 2.4 
, but is for boards with 128M of flash. It sounds like you may be looking for 
the smaller version.
