I use XDM/Xvnc at home on my server since it's headless and have had
more then one headache over the past few years from it. Another thing
that has bitten me in the past is if your loopback interface isn't up
then Xvnc won't be able to connect. If you have another Linux PC try
connecting to XDM on the TS board with it to atleast prove that X is
setup right.
