[ts-7000] TS-TPC-7390 X11VNC to DISPLAY:0.0

Hi,
I am trying to connect trough VNC (X11VNC)to current DISPLAY:0.0 but the 
program refuse to start because X server does not allow that.
I am getting the following error:

Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified
