The one you downloaded was compiled for the x86 family of processors, not the Cavium that's in the TS computers.  You either need to get the source and cross-compile it using the development tools, or find someone that has already done that and download it from them.

Hi,

I'm new to Linux and Eclipse, so please forgive my question. I'm hoping someone will be kind enough to give me a hand.

I have been working on a program written in C for several months. Now I need it to connect to a MySQL database on a Windows PC. I have spent several days trying to find exactly how to do this. I have down loaded the MySQL client Connector/C 6.0.2 and have set the include and lib paths. When compiling I get an error the libmysqlclient.a is incompatible. Does the lib need be compiled from source within Eclipse to be used with the cross-compile tool?

So my question is, what I need to do in Eclipse running on Windows to allow me to cross compile a program written in C that includes the MySQL client?

Thanks for your help,

John
