[ts-7000] handling file upload w/ built-in apache web server

ok..so on a different topic, have any of you folks programmed a web page on the 
built-in apache web server to handle file uploads (so you can have users send 
upgrade files to your embedded system)?

I was trying to get cgilua working for that reason, but maybe there's a better 
way?
