[ts-7000] [ts7800] CTS line of ttts4

Hi 

I have a RFID reader (RWD QT) connected to a 7800 board that requires the use 
of CTS and it looks like the board is not monitoring the CTS pin at all.

Has anybody managed to use the CTS line of ttts4? 

I'm not using ttts5 nor configuring it in any way, so pins 7 & 8 on the COM3 
header should be RTS and CTS.

My code is currently only opening ttts4 with the crtscts option. Any write() on 
ttts4 is blocking (as it is supposed to) but nothing gets sent over the wire 
when the status of CTS changes. 

I already double checked that RX, TX, CTS and GND signals were wired correctly.

Any ideas?

Note that the RWD reader raises the CTS line only for ~10ms per 500ms period, 
waiting for commands. Could this window be too short for the TSUART to notice 
the status change? The port configuration is 9600N1.
