Not really, as Jim pointed out it's software not hardware :) Now, if
you were doing something like trying to talk over the serial port on
your TS-7390 and it didn't work, but the same code on your desktop did,
that's a different story.
gpg is a fairly abstract, generic piece of software. It doesn't
interact with hardware or anything like that so there isn't too much to
blame on the TS7390 itself. That and the error really reads as tho it's
a configuration/setup issue.
Also like Jim said, Google is your friend.
